Like having a D&M with a friend in your inbox, this quick and dirty consult is a fast paced brainstorming session perfect for some quick advice around a single small challenge that’s popped up – think early rising, advice on red flags, or split nights.
Get your typing fingers warmed up and let Hannah or Michelle slide into your DM’s! (IG or FB messenger!)
**Please note this consult isn’t designed to troubleshoot bigger challenges like frequent wakes, an overall look at sleep or to get a plan for more significant changes like night weaning.

HOW IT WORKS
Whether it’s reassurance, troubleshooting one larger challenge or changing some smaller patterns with your kiddo’s sleep, let’s hop on a 1 hour call and get you feeling supported with a plan for you to take away and implement.
As part of this consult you get:
+ A mini intake form to complete prior to our consult.
+ An emailed action plan plus the recording of our consult within 3 biz days.
+ 1 month in the Kin Community for access to the library of resources and masterclasses plus basic troubleshooting in the Community Q&A board while implementing changes.
*Please note if you’re looking to troubleshoot more than one big challenge or you would like in-depth support while making changes, The Sleep Club is the consult for you.

HOW IT WORKS
Don’t want to commit to a scheduled call time but looking to make some significant changes to your sleep sitch? This package of 2 emails and follow-up 45 min DM is designed for you, gf!
Michelle will get a plan in place to support your baby’s sleep, but also to support you. She will do a thorough assessment of any underlying red flags, and you will have actionable items to take away and implement.
After the initial 2 emails are complete, you will then wrap it all up with a 45-minute DM chat on IG or Facebook PLUS 1 month in the Kin Community to access the library of guides and masterclasses to make sure you walk away feeling supported, empowered, and confident!

The deep dive. Comprehensive support that you need to get on track with your little one’s complex sleep challenges. Attachment and development focused & rooted in infant and maternal mental health.
Let’s get you feeling rested, relaxed, and confident so you can enjoy your babe.

Detailed client intake form, including sleep and food logs
90-minute evidence-based sleep education via Zoom
Follow-up email summarising our hot topic points
Foundations week – a chance to tweak routine or assess any identified red flags
Implementation of tailored Sleep Club plan + 2 weeks of daily email support (M-F).
Mental health check-in via EDPS screening tool with encouragement to discuss with your trusted health care provider
