HOW IT WORKS

Big sleep changes need big support!

Designed EXACTLY for parents who have multiple things going on –  frequent wakes, moving from bedsharing, red flags, weaning or reducing feeding goals, getting a partner involved in settling, or anything else – this package of 5 calls and 4 emails will be your sleep bff.

So we know exactly what’s happening and where we want to go.

Touch base with me mid week (every week, or as needed!) via a quick email update , then hop on a scheduled 30 min check-in call once a week so we can make sure you’re getting EVERYTHING you need to hit those goals.

Referral to a trusted list of other health professionals, if needed!

Four FREE weeks in the Kin Community for as many resources, masterclasses and mini pod eps as you can handle PLUS community and peer support with a bloody good bunch of other parents all in the same boat.

Kind Sleep Consult

HOW IT WORKS

Let’s hop on a 1 hour call to troubleshoot your one big challenge and create your sleep plan, followed by 1 month in the Kin Community for basic troubleshooting while you implement it! 

Whether it’s reassurance, troubleshooting one larger challenge like semi-frequent wakes (2.5-3+ hourly), moving from bedsharing or a plan to wean, let’s get you feeling good!

As part of this consult you get:

+ A mini intake form to complete prior to our consult.

+ An emailed action plan plus the recording of our consult within 3 biz days. 

+ 1 month in the Kin Community for access to the library of resources and masterclasses plus basic troubleshooting in the Community Q&A board while implementing changes.

 

*Please note if your baby is waking 1-2 hourly or you’re looking to troubleshoot more than one big challenge (for example frequent wakes PLUS introducing a partner or reducing feeds) The Sleep Club is the package for you!

The Big Changes Support Package

HOW IT WORKS

Can’t commit to a call around contact naps but looking to make some significant changes to your sleep sitch? This package of 2 unlimited length emails and follow-up 45 min DM is designed for you, gf!

We will get a plan in place to support your baby’s sleep, but also to support you. We will give info and support for any potential underlying red flags, and you will have actionable items to take away and implement.

After the initial 2 emails are complete, you will then wrap it all up with a 45-minute DM chat on IG or Facebook PLUS 1 month in the Kin Community to access the library of guides and masterclasses to make sure you walk away feeling supported, empowered, and confident!

Like having a D&M with a friend in your inbox, this quick and dirty consult is a fast paced brainstorming session perfect for some quick advice around a single small challenge that’s popped up – think early rising, initial advice on red flags, or some quick tips around a nap transition.
